2026 Summer Shootout Sporting Clays Event

TDMAW members, member employees, member customers, member family members, partners & sponsors are invited to shoot the Waukesha Gun Club's Sporting Clays Course at the TDMAW annual Summer Shootout, followed by a casual dinner.

Your team of five may shoot the 50 target sporting clays course one time through.  Immediately after, join us for networking, dinner and prizes/awards. 

Optional early flurry begins at 1:00 PM, see details below. Flurry expense not included in registration - $26 for 50 target 5-stand flurry.

Summer Outing Schedule:

1:00 PM bring your team or come as an individual & join an existing team, to participate in an OPTIONAL team 5-Stand Flurry, prior to shooting the sporting clays course, at an additional on-site expense ($24 for a team of 5 and 50 targets).  

• 1:00 OPTIONAL 5-stand flurry - not included in registration -- $26 for 50 targets (team of 5)
• 2:30 PM Check-in
• 3:00 PM Safety talk followed by Sporting Clays *Shotgun Start*
• 5:30 PM Dinner Catered by The BBQ Co. On the menu: Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Seasoned Red Potatoes, Coleslaw, Cornbread, Cookies for Dessert. 
• 6:15 PM Awards and Door Prizes

Cost to Attend:

• Sporting Clays & Dinner:  $75
• Dinner only: $45 

* Two Drink Tickets are included with registration.

Things to note:

• Shells are not included.
• If you plan to participate in the optional flurry, plan to arrive shortly before 1:00 PM to register and pay the $26 fee to Waukesha County Gun Club.
• Two boxes of shells are required to complete the sporting clays course. Shells may be purchased at the club for $13 per box. Twelve- and twenty-gauge shells are available for purchase.
• Cart rentals are available: $20 per hour
• Gun rentals are available: $25 per person

Door Prizes are Needed

Door prize donors will be recognized at the event and in the Surgeons of Steel magazine.  Prizes may be delivered to Waukesha Gun Club on the day of the event.  Please contact TDMAW Headquarters if you are bringing a door prize item so that your name will not be missed.  Your help with door prize donations is very much appreciated!
