Are you concerned about having a plentiful and educated workforce?

  • Can you retain valuable employees with your current benefit package?
  • Are you overwhelmed with workplace regulations and restrictions?

These are samples of the many concerns that affect our competitiveness in the global market place and we address them together through the Tool, Die, and Machining Association of Wisconsin (TDMAW).

Established in 1937, the TDMAW is a group of independent tool, die, and machine shop business owners, like you, that have united to promote the well being of our trade as well as our member businesses. We accomplish this by providing monthly member-only forums, in a social atmosphere, to discuss problems of the industry. At these meetings we exchange ideas and seek solutions to business management issues.

Additionally, we offer members a library of safety videos, legislative representation, and a state liaison for the Wisconsin Apprenticeship Program. We promote networking with our newly enhanced membership directory that lists machining capabilities for all members and social events throughout the year.

The market place is changing and these changes come with many concerns that affect each and every one of us. You can sit idly by and allow change to affect your trade and company negatively, or you can join the TDMAW and help us change the future in a positive manner. We need good business people like you to ensure productive futures.
