What is TDMAW?
We are an independent organization chartered in 1937 for the purpose of providing a forum for Wisconsin independent tool, die and machine shop owners. We discuss, in a social atmosphere, mutual problems of our industry and exchange various ideas in business management. We are also committed to educating the community, parents, and students about our industry through scholarships, seminars, and the like, and on the life long rewards of a career in the precision metalworking industry.
As industry in Wisconsin has changed in recent years, joining together to keep informed helps us find solutions that are of mutual benefit. Our 180+ member shops have created a pride and understanding in our trade unequaled anywhere else! We're sure that when you become a member you'll agree, as we do, that it is the most worthwhile return on your money.
TDMAW offers a variety of programs to teachers and schools to help promote the precision metal trades. Please check out our career section for more information in these areas.

Membership meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month and are for Members only. Our agenda includes a social hour from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner. While waiting for dinner, we conduct a formal meeting. Following dinner, a speaker addresses the group on topics related to our industry. Advance reservations are not necessary and dress is casual. Typically, we do not meet in June, July or August.
Dues:
There is a one-time initiation fee of $150. Dues are $180 per calendar year ($120 after July 1). Use the contact form or call us if you would like a membership application mailed to you.
